Sedangkan Ibnu Katsir dalam tafsirnya mengatakan, “yang benar adalah bahwa Al Kursi bukanlah arsy karena arsy lebih besar dari al kursi sebagaimana dijelaskan oleh beberapa hadits dan atsar.
